Based in Regina, 1080 is founded on the principles of listening and learning from clients to fully understand their needs and realize their vision. 1080 prides itself on delivering innovative, sustainable projects tailored to each client through an inclusive and collaborative design process.
Our team combines the legacy of 60+ years of architectural project delivery with the vibrancy of a young and innovative design team passionate about creative, collaborative and conscientious design. With a staff of 20 architects, interior designers, technologists, planning consultants and administrative staff, based in our Regina office, our team thrives on the unique challenges and learning opportunities each new project brings.
Good design is an organic and dynamic process and when achieved, has the ability to make life easier, simplify processes, improve efficiency, save money and ultimately beautify the environment in which we live. The 1080 approach is to look at design from multiple angles: space, budget, aesthetics, efficiency, life cycle, and waste – all angles matter, but to varying degrees in each project. The firm looks to each client to determine the unique angle appropriate for their needs and priorities and designs accordingly.
As a team and as individuals, we are passionate about community and are avid volunteers and supporters of community programs. We believe in the positive impact that good planning and design will have on the longevity of a community, and we take pride in our role in this process.
