Designed for the North Central Family Centre, this housing project aims to help revitalize Regina’s North Central neighborhood through providing cost effective, safe, accessible, and community focused housing.

The project features 30 units with sizes ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom family units, providing shelter to a range of demographics including women and children, young adults, seniors and elders, families, and Indigenous peoples. Interior and exterior communal spaces give residents access to shared amenity spaces including a commercial grade kitchen, laundry and heat treatment space, a rooftop patio, and cultural gathering space.

The community is the forefront of the design with artwork used as a key feature of the façade, celebrating the local culture and talent of the area.

The project seeks to have a meaningful impact in North Central, reaching beyond the site, acting as a symbol of hope, inclusion, and pride for the neighborhood.
