Parkland Prairie Place

pmgm architecture ltd. worked with Parkland Housing Authority, Terra Developments Inc. and Saskatchewan Housing Corporation to design three 8-plex units to provide affordable housing for the Housing Authority’s clients. The individual entrances give each suite their own privacy and personal space, and the generous amount of windows provides natural light to brighten the space and create an open feeling. The main floor suites contain two bedrooms while the second floor suites have three, and all suites have a full kitchen and bathroom. One main floor suite in each building is fully handicap accessible complete with a roll-in shower and barrier-free kitchen millwork and appliances.

The exteriors were designed to blend into the neighborhood and finished with maintenance-free materials to reduce future maintenance cost.
